By using this site and/or the services provided through it, you agree to be legally bound by the following terms.

The website owner can change the terms and conditions at any time by updating this page. You should visit this page periodically in order to check for updates regarding the rights and obligations you have.

By user we understand any person accessing keysoft.ro, regardless of reason, nationality or geographical location.

keysoft.ro can be used only for lawful purposes. Any other use is strictly prohibited. Fraudulent access of other than public information is unlawful and may be followed by severe legal consequences.

Use of content and services

You agree not to post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-orientated or any other material that may violate any laws be it of your country, the country where keysoft.ro is hosted or International Law. Doing so may lead to you being immediately and permanently banned, with notification of your Internet Service Provider if deemed required by us. The IP address of all posts are recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions. You agree that keysoft.ro have the right to remove, edit, move or close any topic at any time should we see fit. All materials are property of Key Soft unless otherwise stated. Privacy policy

Your privacy is extremely important to us. At Key Soft we have these fundamental principles:

• We do not ask for personal information unless we really need to (for example: for processing orders and for issuance of commercial documents, the existence of specific information is required, according to law);
• We do not share users personal information with anyone, unless it is required by law;
• We do not store personal information on our servers unless it is required in order to operate a service in progress;
• On our website we want to exert control over what is visible to the public, what is visible to search engines, what content remains private and what content is permanently deleted.

Website visitors

Like many website operators, Key Soft collects information that can not identify you, such as browser type, preferred language, country of origin, referral website, etc. Our goal is to better understand how the Key Soft users are using the website, in order to increase the quality of our services. From time to time, Key Soft may offer to third parties this kind of information in aggregate form, that will be used in reports regarding the website’s use.

Key Soft may collect information that can lead to the user’s identification, the IP address for example. Key Soft will not use this kind of information in order to identify users, and we will not make this information public, except for one of the reasons listed bellow.

The collection of personal information that can lead to users identification

Certain users of the Key Soft website choose to interact with it in ways that determine Key Soft to collect information of a personal nature. Key Soft will take all the measures necessary in order to protect against unauthorized access and against the usage, alteration or destruction of personal information.

Statistics

Key Soft can create statistics regarding the behavior of users on it’s website. For example, Key Soft may monitor the most popular accounts on the website, or can use it’s services in order to identify market opportunities. Key Soft may publicly display this information or it can supply it to third parties. In any case, Key Soft will not make the private information public, other then in the cases stated above.

This privacy policy is only applicable to the use of cookies by Key Soft, and it does not cover their use by promoters.

Although most changes are minor, Key Soft might change the Privacy Policy from time to time. Key Soft encourages visitors to check this page as often as they can, in order to visualize the changes. If you have an account, you should check periodically for this kind of changes. If you continue using the website after any change has been made to the Privacy Policy, we will consider you have silently accepted these changes.

General info - usage of the keysoft.ro website

• the user is responsible for keeping the access data safe, as it is not to be used by other persons, especially the malevolent ones;
• the user is responsible for the way in witch it’s account will be used, whether it is accessed by him or another person;
• the user is obliged to notify the owner of keysoft.ro about any kind of abuse regarding their user account.

The use of database-apps.ro is free of charge. Key Soft has the right to modify the services offered, of to offer new ones. If payment for use of services is needed after such changes are made, this information will be made public in due time and the applicable fares will be brought into the attention of those interested.

If the user violates the limits imposed by this contract, Key Soft may take penalty actions that may include, but are not restricted to, the following actions:

• cancellation of your account;
• ban the user’s access to the offered services;
• taking legal actions.

The user acknowledge that Key Soft may ask for the payment of damages made by the violation of the presented contract.

Note regarding data processing

According to the Law no. 677/2001 on the protection of individuals regarding the processing of personal data and free movement of such data, modified and supplemented, and the Law. 506/2004 regarding the processing of personal data and the protection of privacy in the electronic communications sector, Key Soft Ltd. is obliged to administer securely and only for specific purposes the personal data that you send about yourself, a member of you family, or any other individual. The goal is only to collect statistical data. According to Law no. 677/2001, you have the right to access and the right modify the data (by using the Account Management page), the right not to be subject to individual decisions and the right to go to court. You also have the right to oppose the processing of your personal data and to request the deletion of such data. To exercise these rights, you can submit a written request by using the contact page. If some data about you is incorrect, please inform us as soon as possible or modify it at any time in the Account Management page.
